Volcano to Vine: An Evening of Mt. Etna Wines

Indulge in an exclusive culinary journey at Sorelle’s private dining room, where Executive Chef Nick Dugan will craft a Sicilian-inspired menu. Each course will be paired with exceptional wines from the Mt. Etna region  selected by our Lead Sommelier, Angel Prado, who will drive an in-depth discussion on the volcanic terroir and its influence on the wines. 

This intimate dinner promises not only exquisite food and wine pairings but also a deeper understanding of the rich winemaking traditions of this region and winery. After the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to purchase the featured wines at retail prices, allowing you to take a piece of this unforgettable experience home with you.
