Volcano to Vine: An Evening of Mt. Etna Wines

Indulge in an exclusive culinary journey at Sorelle’s private dining room, where Executive Chef Nick Dugan will craft a Sicilian-inspired menu. Each course will be paired with exceptional wines from the Mt. Etna region  selected by our Lead Sommelier, Angel Prado, who will drive an in-depth discussion on the volcanic terroir and its influence on the wines. 

This intimate dinner promises not only exquisite food and wine pairings but also a deeper understanding of the rich winemaking traditions of this region and winery.
